Role overview

We are seeking a
Social Media & Content Manager
who can drive Lorazzo's brand presence across digital platforms. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a strong grasp of social media algorithms, a flair for digital-first content, and the ability to manage both in-house creatives and influencer-generated content.

Key Responsibilities

Content and Social Media Management

  • Plan, create and manage monthly social media calendars with engaging posts, reels and stories.
  • Work with the creative team to churn out premium, on-brand photo and video creatives.
  • Oversee content management across platforms to ensure consistency in tone, style and positioning.

Influencer and UGC collaboration

  • Partner with UGC creators and influencer agencies to source, brief and manage high-quality content.
  • Curate and repurpose influencer and customer-generated content across Lorazzo's channels.

Strategy and Growth

  • Develop and execute social media strategy to grow brand awareness, engagement and follower base.
  • Monitor platform algorithms and trends to optimize content reach and performance.
  • Suggest and manage ad creatives for Meta, Google and other digital campaigns.

Analytics and Optimization

  • Track and report key metrics such as reach, engagement and conversions.
  • Use insights to fine-tune content strategy and improve ROI on campaigns.

Cross-functional collaboration

  • Work closely with the founder, creative team and performance marketing team to ensure content aligns with product launches and campaigns.
  • Coordinate with external agencies (creative, influencer, ad performance) for seamless execution.

Qualification & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience managing social media and content for lifestyle brands.
  • Strong understanding of social media algorithms, trends and best practices.
  • Proven experience in content calendar planning and managing influencer/UGC collaborations.
  • Good eye for design and aesthetics; ability to brief and guide creative teams effectively.
