About the Role:

We are looking for a hands-on Team Lead – US IT Recruitment to manage and grow a team while actively sourcing and recruiting top IT talent for State and Federal clients in the US. The ideal candidate will be a strong individual contributor with the ability to mentor recruiters, drive sourcing strategies, and ensure candidate validation and verification at every stage.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Perform end-to-end sourcing and recruitment for US IT positions
    (State & Federal clients).

  2. Validate and verify candidate details including work authorization, documentation, and background.

  3. Lead by example – mentor and guide a small team of recruiters while managing personal hiring targets.

  4. Develop sourcing pipelines using job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.

  5. Ensure timely submission of qualified candidates as per client requirements.

  6. Collaborate closely with clients/account managers to understand job requirements.

  7. Track team performance and provide support to achieve hiring goals.

Qualifications & Skills:

  1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent; Master's preferred.

  2. 8-10 years of US IT recruitment experience, with at least 2+ years in a team lead role.

  3. Proven expertise in State & Federal client recruitment.

  4. Strong experience in candidate validation and verification.

  5. Excellent knowledge of US job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, etc.).

  6. Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

  7. Ability to balance individual sourcing with team leadership.

Work Mode: Onsite – Hyderabad (Durgam Cheruvu Office).
