We are looking for a Recruitment Team Lead / Talent Acquisition Lead with proven experience in BFSI and Investment Banking hiring to manage and mentor a recruitment team in Hyderabad.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of recruiters (25 members)
  • Drive end-to-end recruitment across Banking, Financial Services, Insurance, and Investment Banking domains
  • Expertise in profile screening, profile validation, interview coordination, and stakeholder management
  • Develop sourcing strategies for niche Investment Banking roles such as Trade Support, Derivatives, Capital Markets, Risk, Compliance, and Operations
  • Ensure smooth candidate experience and manage the feedback process
  • Track recruitment metrics including submissions, interviews, offers, and closures
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand and deliver on requirements

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience with at least 2 years in a team lead or lead recruiter role
  • Strong exposure to BFSI and Investment Banking hiring (Trade, Derivatives, Capital Markets, Risk, Compliance, etc.)
  • Hands-on experience in profile validation, screening, interview coordination, and team handling
  • Strong team management and stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent communication and ability to deliver under tight timelines
