We are looking for a Recruitment Team Lead / Talent Acquisition Lead with proven experience in BFSI and Investment Banking hiring to manage and mentor a recruitment team in Hyderabad.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of recruiters (25 members)
- Drive end-to-end recruitment across Banking, Financial Services, Insurance, and Investment Banking domains
- Expertise in profile screening, profile validation, interview coordination, and stakeholder management
- Develop sourcing strategies for niche Investment Banking roles such as Trade Support, Derivatives, Capital Markets, Risk, Compliance, and Operations
- Ensure smooth candidate experience and manage the feedback process
- Track recruitment metrics including submissions, interviews, offers, and closures
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand and deliver on requirements
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience with at least 2 years in a team lead or lead recruiter role
- Strong exposure to BFSI and Investment Banking hiring (Trade, Derivatives, Capital Markets, Risk, Compliance, etc.)
- Hands-on experience in profile validation, screening, interview coordination, and team handling
- Strong team management and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent communication and ability to deliver under tight timelines
