SAP Recruitment Lead
to drive our recruitment strategy for SAP professionals.

Requirements
Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the recruitment efforts for SAP roles by developing and executing targeted sourcing strategies
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and provide expert guidance throughout the talent acquisition process
  • Utilize various recruitment channels and networks to attract top-tier SAP candidates, including job boards, social media, and industry events
  • Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure a strong fit for both technical skills and organizational culture
  • Manage candidate relationships throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive experience from application to onboarding
  • Stay updated on SAP market trends and competitor strategies to inform recruitment planning and employer branding efforts
  • Maintain accurate recruitment metrics and provide regular reports on key performance indicators

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, specifically focused on SAP recruitment
  • In-depth knowledge of SAP roles, skills, and technologies
  • Strong networking abilities and a proven track record of successfully filling SAP positions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools
  • A data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze recruitment metrics and implement improvements
