Back Office Executive

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Back Office Executive to support our operations team. The ideal candidate will be a graduate with strong proficiency in MS Excel, good communication skills (especially over phone and email), and the ability to coordinate effectively with internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update records, reports, and databases using Excel.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports and summaries as required by management.
- Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Accounts, Operations, etc.) for smooth workflow.
- Handle phone calls, emails, and other communication professionally.
- Verify and process documents, data entries, and internal transactions accurately.
- Ensure confidentiality and integrity of data and company information.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Commerce, Business, or related field preferred).
- Proficiency in MS Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data analysis, etc.).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Basic knowledge of office software and data management tools.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
