**Responsibilities and Duties**

To follow up on phone/whatsapp as required.

To coordinate with staff, customers and vendors as required.

To maintain records, stock sheets and files and update daily.

To handle office work coordination and deliveries with warehouse, internally and externally.

To manage using software and generate bill, quotations etc

To complete documentation and filing work regularly.

To update and report to the seniors.

**Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications**

Must be a graduate in any stream.

Must have good English oral and written skills.

Must know how to use the computer (microsoft office)

Must have good organisational skills and reporting skills.

Must be a problem solver.

Must have a good and helpful team spirit.

**Benefits**
