We are hiring for compliance trainee to join our team. This role is ideal for freshers looking to start a career in labour laws, regulatory compliance. You will receive hand on training and guidance to help you understand key responsibilities and client requirements.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Monthly returns visits.
  • Assist with statutory compliance tasks (PF, ESIC, PT, MLWF, Shop of Establishment, etc.,)
  • Maintain documentation and records for audits and inspection.
  • Learn and support the client compliance needs and legal frameworks.
  • Prepare reports and summaries as per company and clients requirements.
  • Coordinate with clients for required documentation.
  • Attending weekly review meetings with TL.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in any field , BA, etc.,)
  • Good communication skills & Writing skills
  • Basic understanding of MS Excel, MS Office.

Pay: ₹10, ₹ 12,000.00 per month
