So, what are we looking for?

We are looking for an Order Tracking Administrator for our Pune location whose attitude, skills, and work ethic will embody our mission "to provide a fantastic customer experience". Somebody who is passionate about AV. We take pride in our employees, known in the industry as customer-focused problem-solvers who can get the job done.

What are your responsibilities?

  • Work with purchasing department to track and manage several hundred purchase orders per month
  • Track orders and keep operations team updated daily
  • Contact our vendors, either by email or phone, to discuss shipping times, updates, or modifications.
  • Other duties as assigned.
