Front Desk & Visitor Management

Greet and assist visitors, parents, and students with courtesy and professionalism.

Maintain a visitor log and issue visitor passes in compliance with school security protocols.

Guide visitors to the appropriate departments/staff.

Assist with Admissions Inquiries & Conversion Serve as the first contact for prospective parents and students, providing accurate, welcoming, and positive information about the school's vision, programs, facilities, and achievements. Respond promptly and professionally to admission-related phone calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries. Maintain updated knowledge of admission policies, eligibility criteria, curriculum offerings, fee structure, and important timelines. Schedule and coordinate campus tours, principal meetings, and counseling sessions for interested families. Actively follow up with prospective parents through phone calls or emails to nurture interest and build trust. Ensure all inquiries are logged, tracked, and reported to the Admissions/Principal's office for timely conversion. Provide assistance in form filling, document collection, and guiding parents through the admission process to ensure a smooth and positive experience. Work closely with the Admissions Team to achieve enrollment targets by turning inquiries into confirmed admission

Communication & Correspondence

Answer and route incoming calls, take messages, and provide accurate information.

Circulate important information, circulars, and announcements to staff and parents.

Administrative Support

Maintain student and staff attendance records (daily, monthly summaries).

Support the Principal's office with scheduling appointments, meetings, and documentation.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹22, ₹30,000.00 per month
