Job description

  • Make outbound calls to prospects from lead lists or company-generated databases.
  • Clearly explain product/service features, benefits, pricing, and any current offers to potential customers.
  • Persuade prospects to purchase products or services, ensuring a high conversion rate.
  • Successfully convert qualified leads into sales.
  • Accurately maintain and update customer details in the CRM system.
  • Excellent spoken English is mandatory.
  • Age limit: 18 to 30 years.
  • Open to all educational backgrounds. Graduation is not required.
  • Willingness to work in the night shift (US hours).
  • Candidates must be based in Vadodara, and if not, be open to relocation.

Experience: 0–5 years. Freshers are encouraged to apply.

Perquisites:

  • Five-day work week (Monday to Friday)
  • Fixed weekly offs (Saturday and Sunday)
  • No rotational shifts – consistent working hours
  • Attractive fixed salary with uncapped incentives
