Customer Support Representative

Working Days: Monday to Friday (Sat-Sun OFF)
Working Hours: 10 hours per day (US Shift) including 1-hour break
Job Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Support Representative (CSR) to join our dynamic team. The CSR will serve as the key communication link between our US-based clients and our in-house graphic design team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and the ability to understand and relay design requirements clearly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a liaison between US clients and the internal design team.
- Receive job details via email or phone call and process order entries in internal portals.
- Understand design requirements related to vector files, business cards, envelopes, or promotional product mock-ups.
- Accurately communicate customer instructions and expectations to graphic designers.
- Make outbound calls to confirm artwork details and ensure client satisfaction.
- Provide follow-up support to ensure smooth execution and timely delivery.
- Maintain high-quality documentation of communication and order details.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in commerce, Arts, or Journalism.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of graphic design concepts is a plus (not mandatory).
