We're looking for a
Head of Sales & Marketing
to lead our growth across D2C and marketplace channels.

If you're passionate about scaling brands, building strategies, and driving measurable results across
performance marketing, SEO, marketplaces (MyntraLuxe, Nykka Fashion), and new-age sales channels
— we'd love to meet you.

What you'll do:

  • Own sales & marketing strategy across D2C website + marketplaces
  • Independently run performance marketing campaigns end-to-end (Meta, Google, YouTube, affiliates, etc.)
  • Manage all growth metrics: CAC, LTV, ROAS, retention, AOV, conversion rate
  • Drive organic traffic through SEO & content strategy
  • Manage marketplaces: merchandising, promotions & catalog optimization
  • Build brand presence via creative campaigns, influencers & content
  • Experiment with emerging sales channels and new growth opportunities

What we're looking for:

  • 6–8 years of experience in D2C / e-commerce sales & marketing
  • Hands-on expertise in performance marketing — able to plan, execute, and optimize campaigns without agency dependence
  • Strong analytical mindset with proven results in scaling revenue
  • Balance of strategic thinking + execution skills
  • Prior experience in fashion/lifestyle D2C brands is a plus
