Position: Talent Acquisition- Operations
Job Type: 1 Year Contract
Location: Vikhroli East, Mumbai Head Office
Role & responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
- Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing updates and gathering feedback.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Conduct reference checks and background screenings as needed.
- Assist with the onboarding process for new hires, including paperwork, orientation, and integration into the team.
- Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and organizing recruitment-related documentation.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and recruitment.
- Creating MIS reports and Dashboards.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven 1 year of experience in a recruitment support role or similar position preferred. Freshers can Apply
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Proactive and self-motivated with a strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
