Job Title: HR Recruiter

Location: Thane

Work Timings: 9:00 AM 6:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)


*About the Role*

We are looking for a motivated *HR Recruiter* to manage end-to-end recruitment for academic and non-academic positions. The role involves sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates while maintaining a strong pipeline to meet the schools staffing needs.


*Key Responsibilities*

* Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other channels.

* Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist suitable candidates.

* Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

* Maintain candidate database and ensure timely communication throughout the recruitment process.

* Assist in drafting job descriptions, job postings, and recruitment strategies.

* Follow up with candidates regarding interview schedules, offer letters, and joining formalities.

* Maintain recruitment metrics and reports for management.

* Build and maintain relationships with consultants and recruitment agencies.


*Desired Profile*

* Graduate in any discipline (HR/Business Administration preferred).

* *24 years of experience* in recruitment (experience in schools/educational institutions is a plus).

* Familiarity with recruitment tools, job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.), and ATS systems.

* Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.

* Organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple positions simultaneously.
