Role Purpose :

We are hiring for the role of Tele calling Executive. This is an Individual Contributor role reporting into the Assistant Manager.

In your role, you'll be instrumental in advancing our mission by capturing VOC across various segments via outbound calls to our existing merchants.

The responsibilities we entrust you with :

  • A: Interact with merchants with empathy and solution oriented approach
  • B: Dial outcall for capturing merchant voice
  • C: Capture detailed VOC and read between the lines

What matters in this role :

  • Relevant work experience : Fintech work experience will be preferred.
  • Years of work experience : Minimum 2 Years

Qualification: Graduate
