Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated QA Engineer with 23 years of hands-on experience in ERP testing to ensure the seamless functionality, integration, and performance of ERP systems across modules. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of business processes and workflows within ERP environments, along with basic knowledge of automation testing tools and scripting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and execute manual test cases for ERP modules such as Finance, HR, Inventory, Procurement, and Sales.
  • Perform functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing (UAT) of ERP systems.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to understand system requirements and workflows.
  • Identify, document, and track bugs using defect tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Bugzilla, ClickUp).
  • Ensure the ERP system aligns with business requirements and supports cross-functional processes.
  • Participate in end-to-end testing across integrated systems and interfaces.
  • Provide support during go-live and post-implementation phases of ERP projects.
  • Assist in developing and maintaining test documentation, including test plans, scenarios, and reports.
  • Gain hands-on exposure and contribute to automation scripts using tools like Selenium, UFT, or similar (basic level).
  • Recommend improvements in test processes and contribute to QA best practices.
