Fabric is an AI interview platform experiencing 30% month-over-month growth. We have 50+ leads flowing in every month, and our founder has become the bottleneck. That's where you come in.
This isn't just a sales job.
This is an opportunity to build the sales engine from scratch at a rocket ship AI startup. You won't be joining a 50-person sales team fighting for scraps. You'll be employee #2 on the revenue side, working directly with the founder to figure out what works, codify it, and scale it.
The opportunity:
- Own the entire sales process for 50+ monthly leads
- Shape our sales playbook, messaging, and positioning
- Build systems that will 10x your capacity as we scale
- Grow into VP of Sales as we expand the team beneath you
- Get equity that actually matters in a company that's already proven traction
What you'll do
a. Close deals.
This is a revenue role first. You'll own the full cycle from discovery to closed-won, converting our pipeline into customers.
b. Build the machine.
Document what works. Create the playbook that closes. Design the demo flow that converts. Everything you do becomes the foundation for the sales org we'll build.
c. Work directly with the founder.
You'll have a front-row seat to how an AI startup scales. Direct access, real influence, and the ability to shape strategy beyond just sales.
d. Iterate fast.
We're learning what messaging resonates, which segments convert best, and how to shorten our sales cycle. You'll be testing hypotheses weekly, not quarterly.
You're a fit if you
- Have 3-5+ years in B2B SaaS sales (preferably closing deals in the $10K-$100K range)
- Can walk into ambiguity and create structure
- Want ownership over your destiny, not just a quota to hit
- Get energized by building something from zero, not maintaining what exists
- Are willing to bet on yourself with meaningful equity in an early-stage company
- Can sell to HR leaders, founders, and hiring managers
- Don't need someone to hold your hand, but know when to ask for help
