Role Overview:
The Founding Account Executive position is responsible for growing the business in the US and India,
leveraging professional connections and relationships, and demonstrating executive presence and value
proposition.
What do you get to do:
● Handle end-to-end sales cycle from product demo to closing the deal
● Learn and demonstrate the platform to new prospective customers
● Negotiate agreements with the prospects/customers to close the deals
● Build a pipeline for the current quarter + next quarter
● Maintain post-sales interface with the customers to build long-term relationships and enhance customer satisfaction
What are we looking for?
● 2+ years of dedicated experience in a sales role (closing deals)
● Have closed multiple mid-market/enterprise deals in a B2B SaaS fast-paced setting
● Ability to present and articulate key value propositions to CXO's, decision-makers, and influencers in the assigned account with excellent communication skills in a B2B2C setup
● Conceptual understanding of APIs, Webhooks, SDKs, Cloud, and SaaS technologies required
● Proven experience in account management and growing the business in the existing accounts in Indian region
Measures of Success:
● Revenue Achievement (Booking, ARR)
● Revenue retention (NRR)
● Sustainable revenue growth (CAC:LTV)
