Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Executive to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, supporting month-end/year-end processes, ensuring accurate financial records, and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:


• Maintain accurate daily transactions in Tally including ledgers, journal entries, and reconciliations.


• Manage accounts payable and receivable processes including vendor and customer reconciliations.


• Prepare GST returns, TDS filings, and assist in other statutory compliances.


• Prepare in monthly MIS and reconcilaitions.


• Coordinate with auditors for internal and statutory audits.


• Maintain documentation for invoices, contracts, and tax filings.


• Generate periodic financial reports for internal use and management review.


• Handle petty cash, bank transactions, and perform bank reconciliations.

Requirements:


• Bachelor's degree in Commerce / Finance / Accounting or related field.


• 3–4 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance role.


• Proficiency in accounting software (Tally ERP).


• Strong understanding of Indian accounting standards, GST, and TDS regulations.


• Good knowledge of MS Excel and other MS Office tools.


• Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.


• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
