Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Executive located in Bengaluru. The Account Executive will be responsible for managing client accounts, developing new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include prospecting clients, conducting sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with the marketing and product teams to address client needs.

Qualifications

  • Experience in client relationship management and business development
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with marketing and product teams
  • Organizational and time management skills
  • Knowledge of the biotech or genomic industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role
