Role Summary

The Document Controller & Admin will be responsible for managing and maintaining project documentation, ensuring compliance with company

standards, and supporting administrative functions for BIM projects. This role ensures smooth document flow, version control, and accurate record- keeping across all BIM deliverables and project phases. 01

Basic Qualification & Key Technical Skills

  • Education: Bachelor's degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture or related field..

    Experience: 2-3 years of experience in document control and administrative roles in construction or BIM environment

    Technical Skills: Strong organisational and time management skills. Attention to detail and accuracy in

    documentation. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint. BIM platforms like Autodesk Construction

    Cloud, AutoDesk Docs, Navisworks 02 03

    Software Skills Required : AutoDesk Docs

    Exposure to: Knowledge of ISO 19650 standards.

    Soft Skills

    Good communication and coordination skills for multidisciplinary collaboration.

    Attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines.

    Detail-oriented approach to system testing, compliance and documentation

Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain all project documentation (drawings, models, reports, correspondence) in accordance with company and client

standards.
- Ensure proper version control and document numbering systems are implemented.
- Upload, track, and distribute documents via Common Data Environment (CDE) platforms such as Autodesk Construction Cloud, AutoDesk

Docs/ BIM 360, or similar.
- Monitor document workflows and ensure timely approvals and submissions
- Ensuring
- internal processes are followed. Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive project data.

Administrative Support:

  • Assist BIM team with scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining project records.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders for document-related queries.
  • Maintain logs for RFIs, submittals, and transmittals in Autodesk Docs.
  • Support New Joines with IT Assets & HR Related works.
  • Asset allocation optimization across teams
  • Maintain allocation of Monthly SR to all employees at GDC Pune.
