As we expand rapidly, we are looking for a dynamic HR Recruiter to join our team and play a crucial role in building and managing top talent across the organization.

Role Overview

The HR Recruiter will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment, employee engagement, and supporting HR operations. This role requires strong ownership, excellent communication, and the ability to manage hiring pipelines for diverse positions ranging from entry-level to leadership roles.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Manage the entire recruitment cycle from job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.
  • Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.
  • Conduct initial HR screenings to evaluate candidates' fit for roles based on skills, attitude, and organizational culture.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers, ensuring a smooth candidate experience.
  • Draft professional job descriptions and ensure alignment with department needs.

HR Operations & Compliance

  • Maintain recruitment databases and track hiring metrics such as time-to-hire and cost-per-hire.
  • Support onboarding of new employees, ensuring smooth induction and integration into the company.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and HR best practices.
  • Maintain employee records and assist in HR documentation.

Employee Engagement & Administration

  • Assist in developing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with business goals.
  • Support in attendance tracking, leave management, and payroll coordination.
  • Act as the first point of contact for employee queries and concerns, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Collaborate with management to plan training, employee welfare, and engagement activities.

Special Mention: Driver & Support Staff Alignment

  • Responsible for recruitment, coordination, and daily alignment of company drivers and operational staff.
  • Ensure availability of drivers for official assignments, last-minute requirements, and executive support.
  • Handle driver schedules, resolve issues, and maintain discipline and accountability among the driver team.
  • Maintain updated driver rosters, contact details, and ensure proper tracking of attendance and responsibilities.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA/PGDM preferred).
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of proven experience in recruitment and HR operations.
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques (LinkedIn, job portals, campus hiring, etc.).
  • Familiarity with labor laws, HR compliance, and HRMS tools.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple roles simultaneously.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
