Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain day-to-day accounting and ensure accuracy of financial records.
  • Coordinate with building owners on rental agreements and related documentation.
  • Prepare and finalize financial statements in line with statutory requirements.
  • Manage GST, TDS, and Income Tax return preparation and filing.
  • Support statutory, tax, and internal audits, including preparation of audit schedules.
  • Handle accounts payable, lessor reconciliation, and bank reconciliation.
  • Assist in budgeting, MIS reporting, and variance analysis.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and applicable laws.
  • Work on Oracle Fusion ERP and contribute to process improvements.

Skills Required:

  • Strong knowledge of accounting standards, GST, TDS, and Income Tax.
  • Practical experience with ERP systems (preferably Oracle Fusion).
  • Analytical mindset with high attention to detail.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.

Eligibility: CA Inter candidates with relevant accounting/audit/tax experience.
