Business Development Executive

- Identify, qualify, and generate new business opportunities in the IT services domain (Web, Mobile, Software, AI/ML, Digital Marketing, etc.).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with the technical team to create proposals and solutions.
- Conduct market research to identify new trends, business opportunities, and competition activities.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
- Prepare and present business proposals and product/service demonstrations.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets as assigned.
- Maintain CRM records of leads, prospects, and clients.
