  • Identify, qualify, and generate new business opportunities in the IT services domain (Web, Mobile, Software, AI/ML, Digital Marketing, etc.).
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
  • Understand client requirements and coordinate with the technical team to create proposals and solutions.
  • Conduct market research to identify new trends, business opportunities, and competition activities.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Prepare and present business proposals and product/service demonstrations.
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets as assigned.
  • Maintain CRM records of leads, prospects, and clients.
