Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to drive sales, build client relationships, and expand business opportunities. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a professional approach, and the ability to generate new business leads.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation & Client Acquisition:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and networking.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
  • Generate sales leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and business meetings.
  • Sales & Revenue Growth:
  • Achieve sales targets by closing deals and securing contracts.
  • Present company products/services to clients and explain benefits.
  • Develop customized solutions based on client requirements.
  • Market Research & Strategy:
  • Analyze market trends, competitors, and industry developments.
  • Provide insights and strategies to improve business growth.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional campaigns.
  • Client Relationship Management:
  • Maintain excellent relationships with clients for repeat business and referrals.
  • Address client inquiries and provide post-sales support.
  • Reporting & Coordination:
  • Prepare sales reports, presentations, and performance updates.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • Experience: 1–5 years of experience in business development, sales, or client management.
  • Skills:
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle corporate meetings and client discussions.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM tools.
  • Personality Traits:
  • Confident, proactive, and self-motivated.
  • Good networking and relationship-building skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in B2B or B2C sales, corporate sales, or customer acquisition.
  • Prior experience in IT, real estate, finance, manufacturing, or FMCG industries is a plus.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing and social media for business development.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25, ₹50,000.00 per month
