Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Nashik for a Business Development Manager. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and developing strategies to achieve sales targets. Daily tasks include market research, networking, and collaborating with the team to create effective business plans. The role also involves presenting proposals to potential clients and negotiating contracts.

- Strong networking and relationship-building skills
- Proven ability to develop and implement business strategies
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to analyze market trends and identify opportunities
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
