Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an E-commerce Ads Manager located in New Delhi. The E-commerce Ads Manager will develop and execute advertising strategies for e-commerce brands, manage ad campaigns across various platforms, and optimize performance to achieve business objectives. Responsibilities include overseeing project management for campaigns, collaborating with internal teams to align on goals, and continuously analyzing performance metrics to ensure maximum ROI. The role also involves building and maintaining strong client relationships.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients and team members
  • Proven expertise in Sales and Marketing with an understanding of e-commerce strategies and campaigns
  • Experience in Advertising with a focus on digital platforms and data-driven decision-making
  • Proficiency in Project Management to organize, execute, and monitor advertising campaigns efficiently
  • Analytical mindset and familiarity with performance tracking tools
  • Adaptable and capable of working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred
  • Experience in the e-commerce or digital marketing industries is a plus
