Role and Responsibilities
As an Operations Manager at funatpuno, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of all operations within the organization. Your main duties will include:
  • Conducting morning property checks to ensure cleanliness and proper maintenance
  • Monitoring staff attendance and coordinating with the front office team for pre-opening preparations
  • Providing daily briefings to staff, addressing any issues or improvement suggestions
  • Collaborating with the assistant manager operations to plan and allocate staff
  • Creating daily rosters and staff allocation sheets
  • Performing regular rounds throughout the day to assess property cleanliness
  • Overseeing park operations, including front office, court monitors, housekeeping, and maintenance
  • Coordinating with the maintenance team to address any pending work or maintenance requirements
  • Ensuring the park's housekeeping and cleaning adhere to company standards
  • Liaising with the sales and finance teams for any queries or assistance
Candidate Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should have:
  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to foster positive business relationships
  • Experience managing teams of 25 or more employees
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications
  • Prior experience in developing and implementing Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
