About the Role:

We are looking for a Business Development Executive (BDE) who will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building strong B2B relationships, and driving partnerships in the study abroad and education consultancy domain. The ideal candidate should have prior experience or strong interest in the education sector and must be comfortable in working with agents, sub-agents, and consultancies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, generate, and manage new B2B leads (agents, sub-agents, and education consultancies).
  • Pitch and onboard new partners into our platform and services.
  • Understand and explain how a B2B platform differs from a direct student consultancy model, adding value to partners.
  • Convert cold leads into long-term business partners through strategic follow-ups and relationship-building.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth partner onboarding and collaboration.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities in the study abroad and education industry.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly business development targets.

Requirements:


• Bachelor's degree (MBA/PGDM in Marketing/International Business preferred).


• 0.6–3 years of experience in Business Development, preferably in Education, Study
Abroad, or EdTech industry.


• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.


• Experience in lead generation, cold calling, and B2B relationship management.


• Ability to convert prospects into long-term partners/clients.


• Self-motivated with a result-driven approach.
