Strategically plan and manage logistics, warehouse, transportation and customer services.

  • Transport Freight Charges negotiate with the transport. and find best rate & Service.
  • Work of Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency.
  • Maintain analysis of Stock inventory in the warehouse.
  • We are handling and control all CFA (services, any issue or query of stockiest and field staff related)
  • To do monitor warehouse and storage functionality while products are stored.
  • Stockiest Credit note approval CFA
  • Monthly MIS report prepare as per requirement of HOD /Management.
  • CFA visit for audit as per HOD instruction
  • Executing Logistics and CFA policy mechanism implementation and review system
  • Prompt dispatch for CFA 1st order / single order policy as applicable (since Jan 2024)
  • Sample dispatch Aura & Flora div. to be completed on or before 20th of each month.
  • MIS report related to inward outward cases /freight cost / % inventory including all depot/% Exp. Breakage returned goods Exp. Breakage / value of stock movement and transfer of stock etc.)
  • Deal with transporter who offers the best rate to overall reduce / or to minimize freight cost, and reach the goods in right condition to respective places.
  • Stockiest Exp. Breakage returned goods verification in time which we have received from CFA during the month
  • Liaison with the insurance company in case of damage of goods in transit.
