Role Description

This is a full-time, hybrid role for a Drayage Specialist located in Vadodara, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The Drayage Specialist will coordinate and manage the transportation of goods for clients, ensuring timely delivery while maintaining compliance with regulations. Responsibilities include communicating with carriers, optimizing logistics schedules, overseeing documentation, and addressing any issues that arise during the transportation process. The role requires strong organizational and communication skills to maintain smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Drayage operations, Freight management, and Transportation logistics expertise
• Skills in Scheduling, Route optimization, and Problem-solving
• Proficiency in Communication, Customer service, and Vendor management
• Familiarity with Documentation compliance and Regulatory requirements
• Attention to detail, organizational excellence, and ability to work under deadlines
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or a related field
• Experience in logistics or drayage operations is highly preferred
• Proficiency with logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite is a plus
