Company: Zap (Home Improvement Brand specializing in Bathroom and Kitchen Products)
Salary: Fixed ₹3 LPA + Performance-Based Commission Structure

About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Performance Marketing & Social Media Specialist to join our team at Zap. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of performance marketing, social media management, and e-commerce platforms. This role requires someone who can effectively manage Google Shopping Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube Ads, and Shopify landing pages while driving organic and sales growth. The candidate should also be skilled in creating and managing social media content across platforms to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Performance Marketing:
- Plan, execute, and optimize Google Shopping Ads and Catalogue Ads to drive sales and ROI.
- Scale Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) using Shopify data to achieve business objectives.
- Manage YouTube Ads for both organic growth and direct sales.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
- Collaborate with the team to align marketing strategies with business goals.
Social Media Management:
- Create, schedule, and manage engaging content across all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, etc.).
- Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and follower growth.
- Monitor social media trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.
- Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
E-Commerce & Shopify:
- Edit and optimize Shopify landing pages to improve user experience and conversion rates.
- Collaborate with the design and product teams to ensure landing pages align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
- Monitor Shopify analytics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Reporting & Analysis:
- Prepare regular reports on campaign performance, social media metrics, and e-commerce KPIs.
- Use data-driven insights to refine strategies and improve results.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in performance marketing and social media management.
- Proven expertise in running Google Shopping Ads, Meta Ads, and YouTube Ads.
- Strong understanding of Shopify and the ability to edit landing pages.
- Proficiency in social media platforms and tools for scheduling and analytics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate engaging content.
- Analytical skills to interpret data and optimize campaigns.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently in a hybrid setup.
