
Front Line Sales Officer/Manager

We are Looking for self motivated & ambitious Front line mangers to develop & manage customers for our upcoming Aluminum Flat Rolled Products division at Kathua . The BDM will be a manages & coordinate internally with cross functional teams in the plant for Clients/Management in all respects Specially Quality , Delivary .
Key Responsibilities:
- Looking for a Business development mangers Who create the New leads , enquiries & convert in to successful sales.
- Will be person in charge for customers accounts for orders , delivary , price & complaints.
- Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts .
- Working with the plant teams for delivary on time & has to run the products at their machine
- Building lists of sales leads and pitching to prospects to build the companys market share & client list .
- Achievement of Strategizing effective and efficient sales target based on regional demands & set by the management.
- Developing WIN-WIN,mutually beneficial proposals, negotiating contract terms, and communication effectively with stakeholders.
- Try to add the value in every product & service which will develop the Customer delight & satisfaction
- Knowledge Ensure compliance of monitoring of JIT ( Just in time ) , OTIF ( On time in full ) with respects to the products.
- Maintain & update the visit plan , records of customer interactions, contracts, order amendments, and delivery schedules.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Post graduate /Graduate or Diploma in Engineering / Science / Commerce / Business Administration.
- 2–6 years of experience in the Aluminium flat rolled marketing preferably in coils & sheets .
- Proven experience as a Front line Manager & Proven track record of increasing sales and revenue; field sales experience is preferred
- Ability to develop sales strategies and use performance KPIs, Excellent communication skills
- Organizational and leadership ability to take the team together .
- Must be willing to travel, relocate, learn new skills and handle responsibilities even at odd hours if so needed.
