Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Direct Sales Agent (DSA) to promote and sell our financial products and services directly to customers. The role involves field sales, lead generation, customer engagement, and conversion. Ideal for individuals who are persuasive, self-driven, and passionate about building a career in sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Lead Generation

  • Promote and sell products such as loans, credit cards, insurance, savings accounts, or consumer services to individuals.
  • Generate leads through cold calling, field visits, references, and local campaigns.
  • Follow up on leads provided by the company or sourced independently.

Customer Interaction

  • Approach potential customers in person or over the phone to explain product features and benefits.
  • Understand customer needs and suggest suitable financial solutions.
  • Address basic queries and ensure a smooth onboarding process.

Documentation & Processing

  • Assist customers with application forms, documentation, and KYC requirements.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for application processing and approvals.
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of all submitted documents.

Sales Targets & Reporting

  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly individual sales targets.
  • Report customer interactions, leads, and conversion status to the reporting manager.

  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities
  • Target-oriented and self-motivated
  • Basic knowledge of financial or insurance products (preferred)
  • Ability to work independently and manage field visits
  • Local language fluency and market awarenes
