**Life Insurance - Direct Sales Agent**

**Description**

**Responsibilities**
- Engage with potential clients to assess their insurance needs and provide suitable life insurance solutions.
- Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline through proactive outreach and networking efforts.
- Conduct presentations and demonstrations of life insurance products to potential clients.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to foster trust and loyalty.
- Provide ongoing support and customer service to clients throughout the policy lifecycle.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, regulations, and product updates to provide accurate information to clients.

**Requirements**:

- Any Graduate.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the insurance industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Knowledge of life insurance products and related financial services.
- Ability to analyze client needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Valid insurance license or the ability to obtain one within a specified timeframe.

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹525,000.00 per year
