Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Field & Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting various operational functions, ensuring smooth coordination of projects, and providing exceptional administrative support. This position requires strong multitasking abilities and a keen attention to detail, as you will be responsible for managing schedules, organizing events, and maintaining effective communication across departments.

Duties

  • Coordinate and plan events, ensuring all logistics are handled efficiently.
  • Provide executive administrative support, including calendar management and scheduling appointments.
  • Utilize QuickBooks for bookkeeping tasks and financial tracking.
  • Assist in project coordination by tracking deadlines and deliverables.
  • Manage office operations, including filing, data entry, and clerical duties.
  • Maintain organization of documents and ensure proper filing systems are in place.
  • Handle front desk responsibilities, including greeting visitors and managing multi-line phone systems.
  • Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette while communicating with clients and stakeholders.
  • Perform proofreading and transcription tasks to ensure accuracy in documentation.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace for various administrative functions.
  • Plan, implement, and oversee marketing campaigns to promote construction projects, services, and the company's brand.

Skills

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace tools.
  • Experience with QuickBooks for financial management.
  • Familiarity with calendar management tools such as Microsoft Outlook Calendar.
  • Excellent typing skills with attention to detail for data entry tasks.
  • Previous administrative or personal assistant experience is highly desirable.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Strong customer service orientation with effective communication skills.
