About The Role

We're seeking a Marketing Associate with 2+ years of experience across all marketing verticals.
Must be available to work night shift hours aligned with California time zone.
You'll be our 360-degree marketer, managing social media, creating content, conducting research, and driving outreach initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Manage social media accounts and create engaging content
  • Design posters and visual marketing materials
  • Plan and execute virtual events and webinars
  • Manage influencer marketing campaigns and partnerships
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis
  • Execute social media outreach and relationship building
  • Analyze marketing performance and provide actionable insights
  • Work across all marketing verticals with hands-on approach

Requirements

  • 2+ years marketing experience
    across multiple channels
  • Available for night shift (California time zone)
  • Immediate availability to start
  • Strong social media management skills
  • Experience with graphic design and poster creation
  • Virtual event planning and execution experience
  • Influencer marketing campaign management
  • Advanced analytics skills and data interpretation
  • Research and analytical capabilities
  • Social media outreach experience
  • Knowledge of marketing tools (Hootsuite, Canva, Google Analytics, etc.)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience with paid social advertising
  • SEO knowledge
  • CRM and marketing automation experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
