About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and creative Marketing Associates/Trainees to join our team. This is an entry-level role designed for freshers who want to build a career in marketing. You will work across both
online (social media, digital campaigns)

and
offline (on-ground activations, events, branding)

marketing functions, gaining hands-on exposure to the entire marketing ecosystem.

Over time, based on your skills and interests, you will be placed into a
specialized stream.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning and executing social media campaigns (Instagram, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, etc.).
  • Support in creating engaging content for digital platforms (posts, reels, videos, stories).
  • Help with offline marketing activities including events, promotions, and brand activations.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (designers, content writers, sales, and operations) to execute campaigns.
  • Research trends, competitors, and new marketing ideas to support campaign planning.
  • Track and report campaign performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions).
  • Assist in day-to-day tasks across the marketing function as required.
