Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Technical Project Manager for AI Implementations, located in Gurugram, India. The Technical Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing AI implementation projects, managing project timelines, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful project delivery. The responsibilities encompass defining project scope, establishing goals, planning resources, tracking progress, and providing regular updates to stakeholders. The Technical Project Manager will also collaborate closely with clients to ascertain their requirements and ensure deliverables meet established expectations.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated proficiency in Project Management and Program Management.
  • Exceptional Analytical Skills and Communication abilities.
  • Proven capabilities in Team Leadership.
  • Prior experience in managing AI implementation projects is highly advantageous.
  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration) is required.
  • Ability to operate effectively within a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Total Experience: 5–10 years in IT/Software, including 3–5 years in hands-on development (Python, , PHP) and 2–5 years in project management or delivery leadership.
  • Technical Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of software architecture, APIs, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), and networking fundamentals.
  • Agile & Scrum: Practical experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies, including running ceremonies, backlog management, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
  • Tools & Platforms: Proficient with Jira, ClickUp, Notion, version control tools (GitHub, GitLab), and a foundational understanding of DevOps.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Capability to maintain technical specifications, project plans, progress reports, risk logs, and retrospectives.
  • Leadership & Mentoring: Experience guiding development teams, resolving impediments, and driving delivery with accountability.
  • Nice to Have / Bonus:
  • Familiarity with OpenAI, Azure AI, Google Vertex AI, or similar AI platforms.
  • Certifications such as CSM, PMP, or Agile Practitioner.
  • Exposure to cloud security, scalability, and performance optimization.
