Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end project management for Gen. AI initiatives from conception to deployment.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams including data scientists, ML engineers, software developers, business analysts and others.
  • Ensure alignment between technical capabilities and business requirements.
  • Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to meet deadlines and goals.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
  • Facilitate communication between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Prepare and present project status reports to senior management

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • At least 8 years of strong experience in project management.
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects.
  • Experience with Agile methodology.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Good to Have Skills:

  • Proven track record of successfully delivering complex AI projects.
  • Experience with rapid innovation projects/portfolios.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS) for AI deployment.
  • Knowledge of Gen. AI concepts and technologies.
  • Experience in managing AI/ML projects.
  • Understanding of data engineering platforms and modern technology stack.
  • Exposure to DevOps practices.
  • Familiarity with various SDLC methodologies (Agile, Iterative, Waterfall).
  • Technical credentials in Delivery Management or Project Management.
