Sales Manager

- Identify and reach out to potential clients in the UK, USA, and Australia across SaaS, tech, customer support, and real-money gaming industries.
- Build relationships with CXOs, founders, and operations leaders, understanding their customer communication pain points.
- Pitch, demo, and position Xtremes Voice AI agents as a solution to improve sales, support, and engagement efficiency.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from cold outreach and discovery to proposal, negotiation, and deal closure.
- Work closely with the product and marketing teams to refine value propositions, client collateral, and outreach campaigns based on real market feedback.
Role & responsibilities
Preferred candidate profile
- 1–3 years of experience in international B2B SaaS or tech sales, preferably targeting clients in the UK, USA, or Australia.
- Proven track record of outbound prospecting, cold emailing, and closing mid-sized to enterprise deals.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a natural ability to engage senior decision-makers (CXOs, founders, and heads of operations).
- Comfortable working with CRMs and outreach tools like HubSpot, Apollo, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Self-starter attitude — thrives in a fast-paced, startup environment where ownership and adaptability matter.
- Genuine interest in AI, automation, and voice technology, and curiosity to understand how businesses communicate and sell globally.
