We're looking for a
Social Media Marketing Manager
who's not just a content executor, but a growth driver — someone who blends creativity, strategy, and analytics to scale our brand and community.

What You'll Do

  • Strategy & Execution
    : Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with business goals: brand awareness, lead generation, customer acquisition, and retention.
  • Content Management
    : Oversee the creation and distribution of blogs, videos, reels, and training content across platforms (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, X, WhatsApp, Telegram).
  • Campaigns & Growth
    : Run paid + organic SEO campaigns, email marketing, and WhatsApp funnel campaigns with measurable ROI.
  • Workshops & Events
    : Promote and organize online/offline workshops to drive engagement and conversions into brokerage accounts.
  • Analytics & Insights
    : Track KPIs (reach, CTR, conversions, sign-ups) and provide actionable insights to optimize campaigns.
  • Trendspotting
    : Stay ahead of trading + social media trends, and leverage trendjacking opportunities authentically.
  • Automation & Tools
    : Use marketing automation, analytics, and social media management platforms (Hootsuite, HubSpot, Zoho, Google Analytics, etc.) to improve efficiency.
  • Collaboration
    : Work closely with trainers, product, and growth teams to ensure consistent messaging and impactful storytelling.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in
    social media/digital marketing
    (finance, edtech, or trading background a plus).
  • Strong understanding of major social platforms (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Twitter, WhatsApp) and their algorithms, best practices, and analytics tools.
  • Proven track record in developing
    data-driven campaigns
    that delivered measurable growth (followers, leads, conversions).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a knack for brand storytelling.
  • Strong analytical skills — ability to interpret data, generate insights, and act on them.
  • Experience with campaign tools (Google Analytics, SEM tools, Hootsuite/Sprout/Zoho, Mailchimp/HubSpot, etc.).
  • Highly organized, thrives in a
    fast-paced environment
