Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram Sec-10A for an Assistant Manager. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for managing daily operations, overseeing financial transactions, assisting in the development of financial strategies, ensuring regulatory compliance, and handling customer queries. The role also involves generating reports, supervising junior staff, and working closely with senior management to achieve business goals.

Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of financial services, including Business Finance and Loans
  • Experience in handling Gold Loans.
  • Excellent customer service skills and the ability to handle customer queries effectively
  • Leadership and team management skills
