Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Telemarketing Specialist, located in Tiruppur Taluka with some work from home acceptable. The Telemarketing Specialist will be responsible for generating leads, making outbound calls to prospective clients, and providing excellent customer service and support. Daily tasks include building and maintaining customer relationships, handling inquiries, and working towards sales targets.

Qualifications

  • Lead Generation and Sales skills
  • Customer Service and Customer Support skills
  • Strong Communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment
  • Experience in telemarketing or sales is preferred
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree is a plus
