Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telesales Specialist located in Coimbatore. The Telesales Specialist will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, providing customer service, handling customer support, and following up on leads. They will also be required to communicate effectively, close sales, and train new team members. Day-to-day tasks include making outbound calls, understanding customer needs, offering suitable property solutions, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

- Customer Service and Customer Support skills

- Strong Communication and Sales skills

- Ability to train new team members

- Excellent telephone etiquette and a professional demeanor

- Proficiency in using CRM software is beneficial

Experience in the real estate industry is a plus

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹30,000.00 per month
