Service Advisor – Automotive Industry

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our growing team at EVM Group. As the face of our service department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring an exceptional customer experience while driving the efficiency of our operations. If you have a passion for cars and a knack for customer service, we'd love to hear from you

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers and schedule service appointments.
  • Conduct initial inspections and gather information on vehicle issues.
  • Liaise between customers and technicians to ensure seamless communication.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, service requests, and completed work.
  • Ensure timely delivery of vehicles and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar customer service role, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Freshers can also apply.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Pus Two/ diploma or equivalent (additional technical certifications are a plus).
