Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in all over kerala for a Service Advisor. The Service Advisor will be responsible for overseeing customer vehicle service needs, ensuring effective communication between customers and service teams, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include guiding customers about maintenance requirements, providing updates on service progress, addressing concerns, and ensuring the timely delivery of vehicles post servicing. The advisor will also focus on promoting aftersales services and maintaining customer relationships.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction, Customer-focused Service, and Customer Service
  • Excellent Communication skills for interacting with customers and internal teams
  • Experience or familiarity with Aftersales service practices
  • Good problem-solving ability and a proactive approach to customer needs
  • Knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair processes is a plus
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, on-site environment
