Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Senior BDE/BDM with a strong background in Upwork bidding and client handling. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in generating business opportunities, managing client communications, and delivering effective sales strategies for IT services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and acquire new business opportunities through Upwork and other online platforms.
- Manage and grow client relationships to ensure long-term engagement.
- Prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals successfully.
- Coordinate with technical teams to ensure timely delivery of projects.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2–4 years of proven experience in Upwork lead generation and bidding (IT services domain preferred).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong understanding of IT services, including Web Development, Digital Marketing, and CRM solutions.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple clients/projects simultaneously.
