Job Summary

We are urgently looking to hire an Inside Sales Executive (Digital Services) who will be responsible for lead generation, market research, and supporting the sales pipeline for digital and IT service offerings. The ideal candidate should be proactive, research-oriented, and comfortable engaging with prospects through digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and qualify leads for Digital and IT Services through market research and outbound activities
  • Use tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify and connect with potential clients
  • Conduct market and account research to identify business opportunities
  • Initiate contact with prospects via email, LinkedIn, and calls to set up meetings for the sales team
  • Maintain and update lead data in CRM and ensure accurate sales reporting
  • Support the sales team in building and managing the sales pipeline
  • Stay updated on digital service offerings, market trends, and competitor activities

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Up to 2 years of experience in Inside Sales / Business Development
  • Exposure to Digital Services / IT Services sales
  • Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Strong market research and lead generation skills
  • Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
