Business Development Manager

- Identify, acquire, and onboard new clients for broking and investment services.
 - Achieve monthly and quarterly targets for client acquisition and revenue generation.
 - Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships by offering quality service and support.
 - Handle customer queries, provide investment-related information, and guide them through account opening/trading processes.
 - Cross-sell and upsell company products and services (Demat, trading accounts, investment products, etc.).
 - Ensure excellent customer experience with professional etiquette and problem-solving skills.
 - Track market trends, generate leads, and explore new business opportunities.
 - Prepare reports on client interactions, acquisitions, and revenue performance for management.
